JUNIOR JAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Junior Jam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Policy
- All tickets purchased for Junior Jam are non-transferable.
- Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement as outlined in Clause 8 below.
- Lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket.

2. Event Admission
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.
- Attendees must comply with all instructions given by event staff, venue management, and security personnel.
- Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibility & Child Supervision
- Junior Jam is a family event, and all children must remain under the care, supervision, and responsibility of their parent, legal guardian, or accompanying adult at all times.
- Parents/guardians are wholly and solely responsible for the safety, conduct, behavior, health, well-being, and supervision of their children throughout the event.
- The organizers, venue partners, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for supervising, monitoring, or caring for any child attending the event.
- Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, misconduct, or incident involving their child during the event.
- Attendance and participation in any activity are entirely at the attendee’s and parent/guardian’s own risk.
- By attending the event, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that they are wholly and solely responsible for their child and release Junior Jam, its organizers, venue partners, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from their child’s participation in the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Health & Safety
- Participation in activities is voluntary and undertaken at the attendee’s own risk.
- All attendees are expected to act responsibly and follow safety instructions at all times.
- The organizers reserve the right to stop any activity or remove any participant if safety concerns arise.

5. Personal Belongings
- Junior Jam, its organizers, venue partners, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings, valuables, vehicles, or other property brought to the event premises.
- Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings.

6. Liability Waiver
- By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept that participation in event activities may involve certain risks.
- Junior Jam, its organizers, venue partners, sponsors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and the venue shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, death, loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from attendance or participation in the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Attendees participate in the event entirely at their own risk.

7. Photography & Videography
- Photographs, videos, and recordings may be captured during the event.
- By attending Junior Jam, attendees grant permission to the organizers to use such photographs, videos, recordings, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, public relations, and future event purposes without compensation or prior approval.

8. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Refund Policy
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, interrupt, or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government regulations, public health emergencies, strikes, civil unrest, venue-related issues, technical failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizers where the event cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket value paid.
- In the event of postponement or rescheduling, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the revised event date.
- Ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within the timeframe communicated by the organizers.
- Any approved refund shall be processed after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, ticketing platform fees, handling charges, taxes, and other non-recoverable administrative costs incurred by the organizers.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take the standard processing time prescribed by the payment provider or ticketing platform.
- No refund requests will be entertained outside the communicated refund period.

9. Event Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, performers, entertainment, venue arrangements, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.
- Such modifications shall not entitle attendees to any refund, compensation, or damages.

10. Medical Emergencies
- In the event of a medical emergency, the organizers may assist in arranging first aid or emergency medical support.
- Any medical expenses, transportation costs, hospital charges, or related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the attendee or parent/legal guardian.

11. Prohibited Substances & Conduct
- Junior Jam maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards drugs, narcotics, illegal substances, and any prohibited intoxicating substances.
- Possession, consumption, distribution, or sale of any illegal drugs or prohibited substances within the event premises is strictly prohibited.
- Any individual found violating this policy will be immediately removed from the event without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- The organizers reserve the right to conduct reasonable security checks to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

12. Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, children, staff, performers, vendors, and venue personnel.
- Harassment, violence, abusive language, discrimination, misconduct, vandalism, or any behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.
- Individuals engaging in such conduct may be removed from the event without refund.

13. Force Majeure
- Junior Jam shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, cancellation, postponement, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, pandemics, government actions, public emergencies, labor disputes, technical failures, transportation disruptions, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

14. Final Decision
- The organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding all event-related matters.
- All decisions made by the organizers shall be final and binding.

15. Acceptance of Terms
- Purchase of a ticket and/or entry into the event premises constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- By purchasing a ticket, the attendee and/or parent/legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all event policies, including the supervision, liability, refund, and safety provisions stated herein.

Declaration
I acknowledge that I am wholly and solely responsible for the supervision, safety, conduct, and well-being of my child(ren) during Junior Jam. I understand that participation is at my own risk and agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions of the event.
Junior Jam Management reserves all rights.
